Bulk Solids Level Switch

The CL10-DJ series of level switch systems are used in a multitude of wood chip applications such as furniture manufacturing, saw mill operations and wood chip recovery applications. Our level switch systems lend themselves to point level applications in numerous heavy bulk materials. They can be used in chemical salts, glass beads, metal filings, wood shavings or almost any bulk solid.

Our CL10-DJ level probes can be made from 316 stainless steel. For more abrasive or corrosive service, our level switches can be made from even more durable materials. Our level indicator systems consist of a CL10-DJ level probe and an EC 501A electronic control unit. The EC 501A contains circuitry that checks the level switch's frequency, voltage and other variables such as time before making decisions regarding the product level. By throughly checking all level switch parameters, the level switch system is much less likely to send an incorrect level indication. This combination of level sensor design, along with our unique electronics, makes our level switch system both reliable and rugged.
