Level Switch for Saw Mills & Sawdust Fill Applications

The CL10-DJ series level switches are used for sawdust applications in furniture manufacturing, saw mill operations and sawdust fill applications. They are also used frequently in saw dust collection where sawdust is a by product.

Our standard CL10-DJ probes are made from 316 stainless steel and for more abrasive or more corrosive service can be made from other materials. Our level indicator systems consist of a CL10-DJ level probe and an EC 501A electronic control unit. The EC 501A contains circuitry that checks the level switch frequency, level switch voltage and other variables such as time before making decisions regarding the product level. By thoroughly checking all level switch parameters prior to sending the signal that indicated that the level switch is either covered or uncovered the level switch system is much less likely to signal on a false trip or to signal that the level switch is uncovered prematurely. This combination of level sensor design, along with our unique electronics makes our level switch
system both reliable and rugged.
