Density Applications

The Dynatrol^® CL10-HY Density Cell and Series 2000 Density Digital Converter can be used at process conditions to measure density, specific gravity, percent solids, or percent concentration of

• Adhesive Rubber Coating
• Conformal Coatings with Solvent
• Latex
• Rubber Chemicals
• Slab Dip

Viscosity Applications

The Dynatrol^® CL10-DV series Viscosity Meters  and Series 3000 Viscosity Digital Converter are used to measure the viscosity of Adhesive Rubber Coating, Latex, and Conformal Coatings.  The Series 3000 digital converter can also process temperature.  If the data is available the temperature can be used to either compensate for changes in temperature or correct to a reference temperature.

Bulk Solids Level Measurement

The CL10-DJ series of level switches are used to measure high-, intermediate-, or low-level detection of bulk solids.  Applications for the Rubber Industry may include:
