Nitric Acid, Phosphoric Acid, Acetic Acid solutions and Polishing slurries

The Dynatrol® CL10-HY Density Cell and Series 2000 Digital Density Converter can be used to measure nitric acid, phosphoric acid or acetic acid solutions for chemical applications and low concentration acid mixing. It has also been used to measure high concentration phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid and nitric acid in make-up applications, as well as percent concentration of polishing slurries.

The Dynatrol® software designed for these acid applications uses the temperature and density information derived from the CL10 HY cell to calculate product Baumé, specific gravity, percent concentration and density at a reference temperature. We utilize the same reference tables as acid manufacturers to cross check results generated by our acid software.

Dynatrol® Density Cells can be supplied with various alloys chosen for your specific application.
