Bulk Solids Level Detection for Dry Pet Food Processing
The Dynatrol® CL10-DJ series of level switches are used for dry pet food applications.
There are many pet food manufacturers both in the United States and abroad that depend on our level switch systems to start augers, sound alarms, or signal operators about the status of pet food in bins, silos, mixer and pelletizers. Our level switch systems also lend themselves to point level applications in numerous other heavy bulk materials.
Our CL10-DJ level probes are made from high strength stainless steel. For more corrosive services, our level switches can be made from other materials.
Our Dynatrol Level Switch System also contains the electronic circuitry that both operates the level probe and makes decisions regarding level switching. The control unit is the EC-501A.
The level switch control unit EC-501A performs frequency and voltage analysis to make decisions regarding the actual level switch point. This technology has been added to the level control in order to reduce false tripping and make level measurements more dependable. This combination of level sensor design, along with our unique electronics, makes our level switch system both reliable and rugged.
